KYN61-40.5 Armored Removable AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear (hereinafter referred to as KYN61) is a complete set of distribution equipment for 40.5kV three-phase AC 50Hz single busbar and single busbar segmented system. Mainly used for power distribution in transmission and transformation system substations, industrial and mining enterprises, and other distribution occasions, as a means of receiving and distributing electrical energy, and for controlling, protecting, and monitoring circuits.
The switchgear can use ZN85-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker with composite insulation and integrated structure of mechanism and circuit breaker, or Schneider SF series and Alstom FP series sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker as the main switch, with compact structure, superior performance and high reliability.
It mainly consists of two parts: the cabinet and the circuit breaker handcart. The cabinet is divided into four separate compartments: circuit breaker room, busbar room, cable room, and instrument room. The enclosure protection level is IP4X, and the protection level between each compartment is IP2X. The circuit breaker handcart consists of two parts: the main switch and other functional components, and the chassis.
KYN61 has cable in and out lines, overhead in and out lines, interconnection, metering, isolation and other functional schemes. After being arranged and combined, it can flexibly form various main wiring schemes
