KYN28-12 armored movable AC metal enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a complete set of indoor distribution equipment for three-phase AC 50HZ, used to receive and distribute 3.6-12KV network power and control, protect and monitor the circuit.
This switchgear can meet the requirements of GB3906, DL404, IECC-298 and other standards, and has the "five prevention functions" to prevent misoperation of circuit breakers, prevent pushing handle carts with loads, prevent live closing of grounding switches, prevent grounding switches from transmitting power in the grounding position, and prevent accidental entry into live intervals.
It can be equipped with both ZN63A (VS1) vacuum circuit breakers and imported VD4 vacuum circuit breakers, making it a high-performance power distribution device.
The switchgear consists of two main parts: a fixed cabinet body and a withdrawable component (referred to as a handcart) (see Figure 1 for a typical structural diagram of the switchgear). The outer shell of the switchgear cabinet body and the partitions of each functional unit are connected by aluminum zinc coated steel plates. The protection level of the switchgear enclosure is IP4X, and the protection level when the circuit breaker room door is opened is IP2X
